If you see us running around town, chances are we’re not just grabbing groceries (though we do need to eat!). We’re living the business hustle:
🏃 The Daily Grind: From the constant moving of equipment, hiring the best people, and making those regular supply runs.
🏛️ The Red Tape Tango: Spending hours running around with city officials, architects, engineers, and contractors.
💸 The Paperwork: Dealing with endless payments, permits, licenses… it’s a lot, but every bit is for you!
We’ve poured our hearts, souls, and significant investment into this dream. We’ve completely reconstructed our massive, almost 30-foot-long food trailer! It’s a huge undertaking, but it means we’ll be able to serve you the La Chiva Loca food you love even better.
